What is iTenance CMMS?

iTenance is a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) designed to help organizations track, analyze, and optimize their maintenance operations. It includes work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, and inventory control.

How much does iTenance cost?

iTenance charges €19 per maintenance person per month, which includes work orders, checklists, asset tracking, unlimited regular users and the AI assistant. Everything else is a flat-priced module you add only if you need it — and a module costs the same whether you have two technicians or forty. Modules can be added or dropped any month. There is a free 30-day trial and no credit card is required to start.

Does iTenance support multiple languages?

Yes. iTenance is available in Arabic, German, English, Spanish, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese. The interface automatically adapts to your preferred language.

Can I integrate IoT sensors with iTenance?

Yes, iTenance supports IoT sensor integration for real-time equipment monitoring. You can connect temperature, vibration, pressure, and other sensors to automatically trigger maintenance alerts based on sensor readings.

Is my data secure with iTenance?

Absolutely. iTenance uses enterprise-grade security with encrypted data storage, secure HTTPS connections, GDPR compliance, and complete data isolation between organizations through our multi-tenant architecture.
