Dashboard
The Dashboard is your personalized command center—a customizable home page that displays the information and tools most relevant to your role and daily tasks.

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It provides at-a-glance insights into your operations through customizable widgets:

- • Customizable layout: Choose which widgets to display and how they're arranged
- • Role-based widgets: See widgets relevant to your permission level

Configuring Your Dashboard
Every user can personalize their dashboard to show the widgets that matter most to them. The configuration is saved to your account, so your personalized view follows you across devices.
⚙️ How to Configure Your Dashboard
Follow these steps to customize your dashboard:
- 1 Click the "Configure Dashboard" button (gear icon) in the top-right corner of your dashboard
- 2 In the "Available Widgets" tab, browse widgets by category or view all
- 3 Toggle the switch next to each widget to enable or disable it on your dashboard
- 4 For enabled widgets, adjust the Width (columns) and Height (rows) to resize them
- 5 Switch to the "Widget Order" tab to drag and reorder your widgets

Financial widgets provide insights into costs, spending, and asset values. These are available to users with Full access and premises update/delete permissions.

💡 Tip: Widget sizes are measured in columns (width) and rows (height). A 2×1 widget spans 2 columns wide and 1 row tall. Adjust sizes to create your ideal layout. You can reset to defaults at any time using the "Reset to Defaults" button in the configuration modal.
Profile
Your Profile contains your personal information, account settings, and security options. Keep your profile up to date to ensure smooth communication and proper system access.

Personal Information
Your personal information helps identify you in the system and ensures communications reach you properly. You can update these details at any time.

✏️ Updating Your Profile
Follow these steps to update your profile information:
- 1 Navigate to your Profile page from the user menu
- 2 Edit the fields you wish to update (name, email, language)
- 3 To change your profile picture, click the camera icon and select an image
- 4 Click "Save" to apply your changes
Password & Security
Keep your account secure by using a strong password and updating it regularly. Your password should be long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

To change your password, follow these steps:
- 1 Scroll to the "Update Password" section on your profile page
- 2 Enter your Current Password to verify your identity
- 3 Enter your New Password and confirm it
- 4 Click "Save" to update your password
Data Privacy & Account Management
Export Your Data
Download all your personal data in JSON format. This includes your profile information, tickets, and all data associated with your account.
GDPR Compliant: This feature supports your Right to Data Portability under GDPR Article 20.
Delete Account
Permanently remove your account and all associated data from the system.
⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data, tickets, and history will be permanently deleted.
Notifications
The Notification System keeps you informed about important events, updates, and activities that require your attention. Never miss a critical update with real-time notifications.
🔔 Understanding Notifications
Notifications alert you to important events in the system:
- • Ticket updates: When tickets are assigned, updated, or resolved
- • Maintenance alerts: Upcoming scheduled maintenance and overdue tasks
- • System events: Important changes to assets, inventory, or operations
- • Team activities: Updates from team members on shared work items
The Notification Bell
The notification bell icon in the header provides quick access to your notifications. It shows a badge with the count of unread notifications.
🔔 Using the Notification Panel
Bell Icon
Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to open the notification dropdown panel.
Unread Badge
A red badge shows the number of unread notifications. When all notifications are read, the badge disappears.
Mark All as Read
Click this button to mark all notifications as read at once, clearing the unread badge.

The notification panel has two tabs to help you manage your notifications:
Unread
Shows only notifications you haven't read yet. Focus on new items that need your attention.
All
Shows your complete notification history, including both read and unread notifications.

- Mark as read: Click on a notification to mark it as read and remove it from the unread count

No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including tickets, activities, and preferences, will be permanently removed from the system. Make sure to export your data before deleting your account if you need to keep a copy.
How do I stop receiving notifications?
The notification system shows important events related to your work. While you cannot disable notifications entirely, you can manage them by regularly marking them as read. Some notification types may be configurable by your administrator.
